Olga Galanter, Esq.
Olga I. Galanter, of counsel to AmLaw Group, limits her practice exclusively to estate planning and estate administration matters. She focuses on the creation of optimal structures and trusts both onshore and offshore to allow clients to optimize their income and estate tax exposure. Her work is an integral part of the immigration process to minimize tax exposure in the United States for clients moving to the U.S.
Olga is a member of the Florida Bar and is a graduate of both Far Eastern National University Law School, Russia (with Honors), and University of Miami School of Law (Magna Cum Laude). Olga also obtained a Master’s degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami Graduate School of Law. While in school, Olga completed internships with the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan, Magistrate Judge for Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Arthur Rothenberg, County Court Judge in the Probate Division of Miami-Dade. She also was an Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. Olga was born and raised in Russia and speaks fluent Russian and English.
